Our Annual Report and Accounts outlines our performance during 2024/2025.
This year, when people are celebrating the 200th year of our railway, we are looking forward to the future and preparing our industry for a new challenge as we become Great British Railways.
We have come a long way since COVID, with passenger numbers and revenue rising, but the bedrock of commuting no longer provides the financial foundation it did. Now, people are travelling with us because they choose to and we are focussing on giving them good reasons to make that choice.
After 40 years in the railway industry, this will be my final Annual Report, and I’m pleased and proud to say I am leaving an industry that is growing again and ready for the future.
