We encourage registered charities to hold cash collections free of charge in the stations we manage
Train passengers donated £1.1m through charity bucket collections at our stations, during the 2017/18 period.
If you would like to collect at one of our stations, you’ll need to:
- Check that you meet the criteria in our charity collections policy.
- If you do meet the criteria, then please download and complete a cash collection application and indemnity form.
- Send your completed form and your Public Liability Insurance document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process requests once we’ve received your completed form and your Public Liability Insurance document. Please make sure we receive your application at least 60 days before your planned collection date.
