Collection of your pseudo mac address (personal data)

When Wi-Fi is enabled on your device, your mobile device will continuously broadcast the device’s presence to Wi-Fi hotspots that are within range. It does this by using a pseudo media access control (MAC) address unique to your device but not the MAC address that is hard coded into the device at the factory. Pseudo means that there are techniques in place that replaces or removes information from the MAC address that can identify you.

We will collect your Pseudo MAC address in order to connect you to the Service. For further details please read our Privacy Notice.

We will not be liable to you:

  • for any accidental loss or destruction of, or unauthorised access to, any personal information that you transmit using our Service; or
