Face coverings
You must wear a face covering for the full duration of your journey on public transport in England, Scotland and Wales.

Car
The pickup/set down point is on Pancras Rd. Parking is limited to two minutes.
Pancras Rd is one-way and can only be accessed from Euston Rd.

Taxi
Taxi rank: Midland Rd, close to Eurostar arrivals hall. Booked taxis wait on Pancras Rd.
There is another rank outside King’s Cross on Pancras Rd.
Drop off point: Pancras Rd. Domestic passengers are dropped off near the main domestic entrance; international passengers near the Eurostar entrance.

Lines serving King’s Cross St Pancras Underground:

The main entrance is through the arches at the end of The Arcade.
Northern Line passengers should take the escalators by the Pancras Rd glass porch to the northern ticket hall.

* Advance tickets are only on sale until 21:00.
Ticket machines: outside the office, and near entry to the Southeastern and East Midland Trains platforms.

Eurostar tickets
The Eurostar office is opposite Eurostar arrivals.

Reserved tickets can be collected from machines in the ticket office and departures area.

Off The Circle. For directions, mobility assistance etc.

Tourist information
The office is at the entrance to the tube station.
You can book hotels and events and make congestion charge payments at the hotel reservations office by Eurostar arrivals.

Lost property
At the station
Items handed in at the station are kept in the left luggage office. Report lost property online or call 020 8090 9922.

You can leave luggage at Excess Baggage Co in The Circle.

Trolleys are available from station entrances. A £1 coin deposit is refunded when you return it to a bay.

Two, one near Eurostar arrivals and one in Eurostar departures. Run by International Currency Exchange.

There are 12 Blue Badge spaces, the usual tariff applies.
Cycle parking
The are racks for 100 cycles at the rear of the ground and first levels of the car park.

Step free access: all entrances are step-free, lifts connect the two levels.

There is step-free access to King’s Cross St Pancras Underground station.
Induction loops: all ticket offices.
Visually impaired: there are tactile strips along all platforms.
Requesting help
Coronavirus information: Book passenger assistance as you normally would. Please wear your own face covering and our staff will do likewise, this reduces the risk to you and our staff. At our stations we have face coverings and hand sanitiser available to help us help you.
Call your train company giving 24 hours notice where possible:
- East Midlands Trains
- Eurostar don’t take bookings, just ask a member of staff or go to the customer assistance point at the check-in
- Southeastern
- Thameslink
If you wish to book assistance but are not sure which train operator you are travelling with, you can call 0800 022 3720. On calling, you will be referred to the appropriate train operator.
Alternatively, ask any member of station staff wearing a light blue vest or call 020 7843 4261 on arrival.
The assistance meeting point is inside the main Pancras Rd entrance.
