London Victoria is a busy station that serves London and Gatwick Airport and there are times when the station can become congested. Our station teams manage passenger flow during busier times. Off-peak times are when the station is least busy – these are normally during the week after 09:30 until 16:00 and after 19:00.

Cash machines
There is an ATM near the entrance to platforms 11 and 12 and by the central toilets.
Customer information screens
We have customer information screens on the central and eastern concourse that provide train information, including train times and platform numbers. We also provide audio announcements for all our train services and other customer related information.
Help Points
Help Points are located on all platforms except for platforms 9 and 10.
Information points
There are two information points located at the central and eastern concourse, where our train operator colleagues will be able to help you with information about the station and our services including access to local area, tourist and other transport information. Staff are available on the concourse during station operating hours.
Lost property
At the station
Lost property found at the station it will go to the Left Luggage office, located near platform 8. To report a lost item online, visit the lost property website. Please provide as much information as you can, to help the lost property officers locate your item.

Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 17:30
On board a train
If your item is found onboard a train and taken off at a train operators station it will be handled by their lost property teams. For each operator, click on the link below:
Luggage and baggage storage
You can pre-book storage for your heavy, awkward or high-value luggage. Left luggage is located near platform 8. For more information visit Excess Baggage.
Photo booths
There are photo booths at the station for passports photos etc. They’re located near to platform 1 and by the Eastern Archway entrance.
Seating
There is lots of seating available across the station, all with access to customer information screens and priority seating. Limited seats have charging points with USB and full plug sockets. There are no heated waiting facilities in the station.
- Central concourse: by the main customer information points there is a large seating area.
- Assistance desk: located adjacent to platform 7. All seats are priority seats and staffed to provide additional help.
- Eastern concourse: there is a large seated area.
- Platforms: seating is available on platforms conveniently located at key points.
Station reception
Our station reception is by platform 1 and is open the following times, Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 21:50.
Telephones
You’ll find payphones at near the underground entrance and next to the ticket office.
Toilets, accessible toilets and changing places
Toilets including accessible toilets can be found on the central concourse. There are further accessible toilets and a baby changing facility on the eastern concourse opposite platforms 1–2.
Accessible toilets can be accessed using a Radar key. If you don’t have a Radar key of your own, please speak to a member of station staff or one of our cleaning team who will open for you. The toilets are free to use and are open during station opening hours.
Changing places
The Changing Places facility is located on the central concourse in the main toilet facilities. Speak to a member of staff or press one of our assistance help points throughout the station so we can help you gain access.

WiFi
