London Victoria station is the second busiest London terminus

Over 74 million passengers use London Victoria each year. Connecting London with Gatwick Airport, it brings millions of tourists to attractions such as Buckingham Palace and the London Eye, and interlinks with other transport links such as London Underground and Victoria Coach station.

Please note: on a Friday and Saturday we have 3 night trains at 01:10, 02:10 and 03:10 the station will open 15 mins before each train departs. Once the train departs the station then closes again.

Face coverings

You must wear a face covering for the full duration of your journey on public transport in England, Scotland and Wales.

Car

The pick up /drop off point is in the car park on Eccleston Bridge Road. Access is via Bridge Place, Belgrave Road or Bulleid Way.

There is no charge as long as the driver remains with the vehicle. Cars cannot enter Terminus Place.

Taxi

Taxi ranks: Hudson's Place (exit by platform 1–2) and upstairs at the Plaza (exit in Victoria Place). All taxis are wheelchair accessible.

Bus / coach

A bus station, served by many routes, is outside the main entrance in Terminus Place.
Victoria coach station is 600 metres down Buckingham Palace Road, behind the train station.
To get to the coach station from within Victoria station, please use Exit 7 onto Buckingham Palace road.

Accessible parking

There are five Blue Badge spaces, the normal tariff applies.

There are more spaces outside the Hudson's Place entrance (between Wilton Road and Bridge Place, sat nav SW1V 1PZ) with step-free access.

Electric charge points

There are three vehicle charge points by the customer service kiosk near the entry to the car park. Registration at Source London is required.

Cycle parking

At the front of the station and upper level entrance in Victoria Place, above platforms 13/14 by the taxi rank. Both are under cover and are monitored by CCTV.

Station accessibility

Step-free access: Hudson Place, Victoria St, Grosvenor Gardens, Terminus Place and Wilton Rd.
A lift behind unit 44 (see map) and inside WHSmith goes to the upper level of shops in the centre of the station.Access to and from Victoria Place shopping centre is via a lift connecting platform 13/14 to the car park.

Requesting assistance

Coronavirus information: Book passenger assistance as you normally would. Please wear your own face covering and our staff will do likewise, this reduces the risk to you and our staff. At our stations we have face coverings and hand sanitiser available to help us help you.

If you need mobility assistance or help with luggage ask any member of our staff, go to an information point, or the station reception opposite platform 2 by the Wilton St entrance, open Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 21:00.

Accessible toilets

Situated on the central concourse on the Southern/Gatwick Express side of the station. Accessible toilets require a Radar key. Please ask a member of station staff if you require any assistance.

Changing Places

A changing place facility is available for use by disabled passengers in London Victoria. The space has a height-adjustable adult-sized changing bench, hoist, shower facility, extra wide rolls of paper, and non-slip floors. The space is located on the central concourse in the main toilet facilities

If you, or a passenger you are accompanying, requires use of the changing place room, please speak to a member of staff, contact our control centre on 02079 226243 or press one of our assistance help points throughout the station so we can help you gain access.

Changing Places is a campaign on behalf of people who are unable to use standard accessible toilets and are usually more spacious, fitted with advanced equipment and provide the user with a private, comfortable and hygienic space.

RoomMate

RoomMate is an electronic, wall-mounted device, which offers blind and visually impaired passengers bespoke audio description in some of our station accessible toilets. High visibilty door signs will be in place to indicate that the facility has an ADi RoomMate installed.

On entering the accessible toilet an audio announcement is triggered and the unit advises that a recorded description of the room is available.

If the user is visually impaired and requires the description, they are then given the instruction to wave their hand in front of the unit to activate it. You can find out more about RoomMate at the Easy Accessibility website.

Wheelchairs and mobility assistance vehicles

There are several mobility assistance vehicles at the station. Wheelchairs can be borrowed for use around the station.

There is step-free access to the Underground Station via a lift located next to the underground stairwell opposite unit 20 on the station map.

Pick up / set down: Hudson's Place entrance (between Wilton Rd and Bridge Place), sat nav SW1V 1PZ.

If the driver needs to help a passenger, they can use a Blue Badge space if they get a permit from reception just inside the station.

Another point is in the car park on Eccleston Bridge Rd (access via Bridge Place, Belgrave Rd and Bulleid Way), sat nav SW1 9SJ. Free, as long as the driver remains with the car.

There are lifts and escalators to platform level. Cars cannot enter Terminus Place.
