Assisted Travel Lounge Opening Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 07:00 – 23:00
- Sunday: 08:00 – 23:00
If the Assisted Travel Lounge is closed, a member of the station staff will be available to assist at the designated ‘Passenger Assist Meeting point’ which is located outside of the Assisted Travel Lounge.
Cash machines
There are cash machines (ATMs) located outside the station, near the Western entrance and one located near the Assisted travel lounge.
First class lounge
Avanti First Class lounge (Avanti West Coast and Caledonian Sleeper first class ticket holders only; restrictions apply): bar and conference rooms, located on the balcony. Level access is via a lift.
Lost property
At the station
Lost property found at the station it will go to the Left Luggage office, located near platform 16. To report a lost item online, visit the lost property website. Please provide as much information as you can, to help the lost property officers locate your item.

Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 17:00

Luggage and baggage storage
You can pre-book storage for your heavy, awkward or high-value luggage. Left luggage is located near platform 16. For more information visit Excess Baggage.
Photo booths
There are several booths at the station for photos for passports etc. They are situated next to the Melton Street exit, adjacent to our left luggage facility and on the Western piazza entrance.
Seating and Waiting rooms
There is lots of seating available across the station, all with access to customer information screens and priority seating.
- Assisted travel lounge reception: Our main assistance centre for passengers is located on the main concourse. All seats are priority seats and is fully staffed to provide additional help.
- Balcony: Seating is available on the Western side of the balcony overlooking the ticket office.
- Main concourse: large seating area for passengers under the balcony
- Piazza: Bench style seating in our outdoor piazza area.
- Platforms 8-11: Seating area is located at the top of the ramp.
- Platform 16: Waiting room located at the top of the ramp to platform 16.
- Platforms: Seating is available on all platforms conveniently located at key points.

Showers
Showers are available for Caledonian Sleeper passengers in the first-class lounge. Guests staying in accessible rooms can use the accessible shower facilities at London Euston free of charge. These are gender-neutral facilities. Please visit the Caledonian Sleeper website for more information.
Telephones
You’ll find payphones at the entrance to the station at Melton Street.
Toilets, accessible toilets and changing places
Toilets including accessible toilets, a Changing Places toilet and baby changing facilities can be found beyond the top of the ramp leading to platforms 1-3. All toilets are open during station opening hours.
Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets can be accessed using a Radar key. If you don’t have a Radar key of your own, please speak to a member of station staff or one of our cleaning team who will open the facility for you.
Changing places
The Changing Places facility is located opposite the main toilets and can be accessed by calling the number on the signage provided.
Water fountain
The water fountain is located near the entrance to platforms 1-3 by the toilets.
