Why you should choose this scheme
It’s a highly flexible but structured scheme that enables you to drive your own learning. The scheme manager is responsible for setting up your first rotational placement, but thereafter it’s up to you. You choose which functions you’d like to experience and tailor your programme to suit your skills, strengths and interests. The scheme manager will also support you with continuous coaching through face-to-face meetings.
To help you gain a broader insight to our organisation, you can choose to spend one of your placements working in a function outside of IT.
