Who you are matters
We look for people who are self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Your inquisitive nature means you’ll look at the way we do things in ways other people don’t. And where you identify alternative approaches, you’ll be able to get your ideas across with confidence, whether that’s during a presentation, or an informal conversation. Your strong organisation skills, cool head, and eye for detail means you’ll always have a calm and pragmatic approach to solving problems. As a team player, you’ll have a natural ability to understand how other people see and feel about things too.
What you’ll be doing
Ready to work with our world class Projects and Business Change Management team? You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering the next generation of safer and better performing railways.
