If you would like to collect at one of our stations, you’ll need to:
- Check that you meet the criteria in our charity collections policy.
- If you do meet the criteria, then please download and complete a cash collection application form and an indemnity form.
- Send your two completed forms and your Public Liability Insurance document to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We process requests once we’ve received your completed forms and your Public Liability Insurance document. Please make sure we receive your application at least eight weeks before your planned collection date. We’ll acknowledge it within 10 working days.
