We deliver these services from Milton Keynes, Manchester and York, and customers include train and freight operating companies, the Department for Transport, Office of Rail and Road and the Rail Delivery Group.
Behind-the-scenes IT and business services:
- process £7bn of payments
- handle over 23,000 IT helpdesk calls
- make sure everyone’s wages are paid on time.
Roles include: HR administrator, solution architect, customer service advisor and project manager.
