On 31 October 2013, The Office of Rail Regulation (ORR) published its Final Determination of our outputs and funding for Control Period 5 (CP5). This included the ORR’s determination on access charges.
The access charges for CP5 (below) will apply, subject to Network Rail accepting the ORR’s Final Determination, from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2019.
The price lists are consistent with the ORR’s Final Determination, and will be referenced in track and station access contracts.
For CP5, we intend publishing annual updates to the price lists on this section of our website to reflect the effect of inflation. Updated price lists can be found under the heading 'Price lists updated for RPI'.
