    A dedicated ticket office run by Heathrow Express is on platforms 6-7, it is open while services are running.

    Items handed in at the station are kept in the left luggage office on platform 12. Report a lost item online or call 020 7262 0344.

    Items left on trains are kept by the train company - contacts.

    Left luggage

    You can leave luggage at Excess Baggage Co on platform 12.

    Trolleys

    There are trolley bays around the station including on Heathrow Express platforms. A £1 coin deposit is refunded when you return the trolley to a bay.
