Scottish destinations - go to the ScotRail ticket office, between the Gordon St and Hope St entrances:

Other destinations - go to the Virgin travel centre between the Gordon St and Hope St entrances:
- Monday to Saturday 05:30 - 21:30
- Sunday 09:15 - 21:30
Sleeper services run between Glasgow Central and London Euston. Go to the travel centre or call 0845 7550 033.

Toilets and baby changing
Men, women: downstairs, by the Union St exit.
Accessible toilet: inside the Gordon St entrance, and opposite the payphones at platform 9.
Baby change: inside the Gordon St entrance.

By the entrance to platform 1 and near the entrance to platform 9.
There is a textphone at reception.
British Transport Police
The BTP office is by the entrance to the low-level station. If no one is there, use the phone by the entrance to contact police control.

At the station
Items handed in at the station are kept in the left luggage office. Report a lost item online or call 0141 221 8597.

There is a charge for reclaimed items.

You can leave luggage at Excess Baggage Co, next to platform 1.
