Station accessibility
There is step-free access from the airport terminal to all platforms via escalators and lifts - these are signposted from the station entrance.
The information desk and has a low level accessible counter and an information monitor but no induction loop. The travel centre and ticket office both have induction loops.
We have no mobility assistance vehicles available at the station but transfers can be arranged from the airport if you are a taking a flight. Assistance is provided by G4 on the station concourse to the airport terminals.
There are no tactile warning strips along the platform edge.
Requesting assistance
Assistance from your flight to the station and back should be arranged through your airline. This service is provided by G4. For further information call BAA on 0870 000 2468.
From the station we will help you onto the train and arrange any further assistance you might need on your train journey.
If you need mobility assistance or help getting luggage onto any train service from Gatwick Airport station, our station staff will be pleased to help - just go to the information desk on the station concourse or speak to any member of our staff.
The information desk is open from 07:00 to 19:00 every day. At any other time please ask at the ticket office, which is open 24 hours.
