The ticket office is on the main concourse of the station and is open 24 hours.
There are machines where you can collect tickets booked online and a manned office for all other tickets and enquiries to any destination in the UK.

There are cash machines on the main concourse opposite the information desk and outside International Currency Exchange.
There is a bureau de change run by International Currency Exchange. You can order your currency on line for collection at the station.
There is no BTP office at Gatwick Airport station.
