    The middle entrance on Cannon Street is step-free and takes you to the concourse near the ticket office. There is a lift opposite platform 1 connecting the upper and lower concourses.

    The Blue Badge parking bays, bus stops and drop-off point are all near the step-free entrance.

    There are no tactile warning strips along the platform edges.

    There are several bus stops outside the step-free entrance on Cannon Street.

    Cannon Street tube station is below the train station.

    Car
    Cars can pick up and set down by the taxi rank on Dowgate Hill, around 100 metres from the step-free entrance.

    There is no parking at the station but there are two metered parking spaces behind the taxi rank. There are car parking spaces on Cloak Lane and one of these is reserved for Blue Badge holders. All bays are near the step-free entrance.
