    All entrances are step-free and have automatic doors.

    Level access to the footbridge and platforms - use the lifts behind the escalator on platform 8. There are steps to the reception (near platform 5) - staff will come out if necessary.

    Induction loops are fitted at the customer information points and booking hall.

    The waiting rooms on platforms 12-15 have manual single-door entrances and may not be wide enough for wheelchair users.

    They are open Monday to Saturday 06:45 - 20:15, Sunday 10:00 - 17:45. At other times speak to any member of station staff.

    There are no mobility assistance vehicles.

    There are accessible toilets near the New Station Street entrance, between platforms 12-14 and on platform 8.

    If you need help and there is no attendant, please speak to any member of station staff.

    Wheelchairs
    We have a number of wheelchairs - if you require one speak to any member of station staff or go to a customer information point.
    Textphone
    There is a public textphone on the concourse.

    Car
    Private cars can pick and set down in the Aire Street short stay car park, see parking for charges.

    There are 3 Blue Badge spaces in the Aire Street short stay car park, within 50 metres of the station entrance. The normal tariff applies.

    The long stay car park on Aire Street has 11 Blue Badge spaces which are more than 50 metres away from the station entrance. The normal tariff applies. Spaces can be booked by contacting APCOA on 0113 247 9238. No assistance is available from the car park.

    Bus
    A bus interchange outside the New Station Street entrance gives access to bus routes around the city.

    Approximately 65% of the city’s buses are accessible.

    Taxi
    There is a designated drop off point at the Aire Street entrance. The taxi rank is about 20 metres from the New Station Street entrance.

    Around half of the city's taxis are accessible.
