The main ticket office is near the New Station Street entrance.
For travel enquiries go to the travel centre:

East Coast travel centre, in the first class lounge:

Toilets and baby changing
There is a 30p charge for the toilets.
Men's: platform 8, platform 12, and near the New Station Street entrance.
Ladies': platform 8, platform 15, and near the New Station Street entrance.
Accessible: platform 8 (unisex), platform 12 (men's), and near the New Station Street entrance (unisex).
Baby changing: near the New Station Street entrance, and platform 12.

Cash
There are cash machines on the west footbridge, south concourse and in the Wellington Quarter.
There is no bureau de change.

Telephones
Between the Wellington and Aire Street entrances and near Boots.
There is a textphone on the concourse.

The BTP station is outside the New Station Street entrance.

Left luggage
You can leave baggage at Excess Baggage, at the Wellington Street entrance.

Lost property
The lost property counter is in the left luggage office. There is a charge for reclaimed items.

Trolleys
Available on all platforms and at entrances. Coin operated - a £1 deposit is refunded when you return it to a trolley bay.

Waiting rooms
There are waiting rooms on platforms 1, 9-11, 12-15 and 16.
The first class lounge (route restrictions apply) is opposite the ticket office. It has writing areas, TV, fax, drinks and light snacks.
East Coast First Advance ticket holders must buy a £5 supplement, available from the East Coast travel centre, which allows access to all East Coast first class lounges.
