  • Station accessibility

    All entrances are step-free; the Joiner Street one has a lift and escalators to/from the concourse.

    Access between platforms 1-6 is via stairs only. There are ramps at the London end of the platforms to get from one platform to another.

    All retail outlets on the platforms have single-step access.

    There is no tactile warning strip along the platforms.

    Induction loops are installed in the main ticket office and our help desk at the main station entrance do not have an induction loop fitted.

    Requesting assistance

    If you need mobility assistance or help with luggage please speak to one of our staff on the concourse or go to our help desk at the main entrance by platforms 1-6:

    • Monday to Saturday 04:30 - 22:30
    • Sunday 07:00 - 22:30

    Alternatively contact the train operator 48 hours in advance for assistance:

     

  • Toilets

    An accessible toilet on platforms 5 is locked at midnight - after this time please ask any member of our staff.

    The superloo on platform 13 is accessible and available 24 hours. Access is free with a RADAR key. If you don't have one, ask at the help desk (by the entrance to platforms 1-6).

    Wheelchairs
    Wheelchairs can be borrowed for use around the station. Ask one of our station staff or visit the help desk (entrance to platforms 1-6).
    Textphone
    All the payphones on the concourse can make textphone calls.
    Getting to and from the station

    Bus
    The bus station is directly in front of the main entrance. Buses also depart from St Thomas Street, Duke Street Hill/Tooley Street and on London Bridge/Borough High Street.

    There is a bus information kiosk on the station forecourt.

    London Underground
    A lift to the lower concourse gives access to the London Bridge Underground station.

    Car
    The private car pick up and set down point is opposite the taxi rank. There are no parking spaces at the station.

    Taxi
    The taxi rank is at the front of the station on London Bridge Street. The pick up point is to the left of the entrance as you leave the station.
