    Step free entrances: Hudson Place, Victoria Street, Grosvenor Gardens, Terminus Place and Wilton Road.

    Access to and from Victoria Place shopping centre is via a lift that goes from platform 13/14 to the car park.

    Requesting assistance

    If you need mobility assistance or help with luggage ask any member of our staff or go to an information point or the station reception (opposite platform 2 by the Wilton Street entrance), open Monday to Saturday 07:00 - 21:00.

    Alternatively, contact your train operator, ideally 48 hours in advance:

  • Accessible toilets

    Platform 2, and between the Buckingham Palace Road and Grosvenor Gardens exits. They are open from 05:00 - 01:00.

    Wheelchairs and mobility assistance vehicles

    There are several mobility assistance vehicles at the station.

    Wheelchairs can be borrowed for use around the station.

    Textphone
    Textphones are available on the concourse.

    Bus
    There is a bus station in Terminus Place at the front of the station. Most buses are accessible.

    London Underground
    There is no step-free access to Victoria Underground station.

    Car
    Private cars can pick up and set down in Terminus Place at the front of the station.

    There are 3 Blue Badge parking spaces immediately outside the Hudson Place entrance (step-free) and 5 in the long-stay car park. The normal tariff applies. See parking at Victoria station for details.

    Taxi
    The main taxi rank is directly in front of the station in Terminus Place. Access is step free.

    A second taxi rank is upstairs at the Plaza exit of the the Victoria Place shopping centre. There is a lift from platform 13/14.
