    For Scottish destinations, go to the ScotRail ticket office between the Gordon Street and Hope Street entrances:

    For other destinations, go to the adjacent Virgin ticket office:

    • Sunday 09:15 - 21:30

    The BTP office is beside the entrance to the low-level station. If the office is empty, there is a telephone connected to police control by the entrance.
