    The Praed Street, Horse Arch and Clock Arch entrances are step free. There is a lift linking the footbridge to platform 1.

    The reception and left luggage/lost property do not have an induction loop.

    You may require help to enter the first class lounge, our staff will be happy to help.

    Around the station: Book by calling 020 7922 6793. On the day, speak to a member of staff, call from the yellow phones around the station and car park, or go to reception (platform 1):

    • Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00
    • Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 20:00

    Mobility assistance vehicles are available - please allow an additional 30 minutes to catch your train if you haven't booked.

    Airport: If you need help at the airport, please inform your airline.

    Wheelchairs can be borrowed for use around the station.

    Getting to and from the station

    Car
    Cars can pick up and set down at the Clock Arch entrance to platform 1.

    There are 4 short stay Blue Badge spaces on the approach road to the Clock Arch. There is no charge.

    There are 5 Blue Badge spaces in the long stay car park over 1km from the concourse. The route is step free. The normal tariff applies.

    Bus

    Most buses leave from Eastbourne Terrace or Praed Street, both adjacent to the station.

    Underground
    The following tube lines serve Paddington Underground station:

    • Bakerloo
    • Circle
    • District
    • Hammersmith & City

    Bakerloo: Entrance is near the top of platform 11.

    Hammersmith and City: Follow the pink and yellow stripe on the concourse.

    District and Circle eastbound (towards King's Cross and Liverpool St): Follow the pink and yellow stripe on the concourse.

    District and Circle westbound (towards Victoria): Go down the escalator at the back of the concourse opposite platforms 4-5.

    Taxi
    Taxis set down at the Clock Arch next to platform 1. There is a phone there to call for assistance. Access is step free.

    The taxi rank is further down the road towards Praed Street.
