    If you need help, speak to a member of staff on the concourse or go to the reception by platform 10, open Monday to Friday 07:00-19:00. At other times call 020 7295 2789 or 0778 892 4382.

    By the station reception near platform 10. There are 2 toilets, one is in the baby changing facility

    The main toilets are down stairs opposite platform 11.

    Both are available - please speak to one of our station staff or go to the reception (platform 10).

    Bus
    There are bus stops at various points around the station (see maps, right).

    Underground
    There is a lift from the concourse to the Underground's booking hall. Access to the platforms is not step-free

    Car
    Private cars can pick up and drop off at the taxi rank next to platform 10 in the central roadway. Waiting is not allowed.

    There is no car park at London Liverpool Street station. There is a Blue Badge parking space on the highway within 50 metres of the Old Broad Street entrance to the station.

    The taxi rank is next to platform 10 in the central roadway.
