  • Station accessibility

    Exits 1, 2 and 3 all have step-free access. There is level access to the whole station from these points.

    The Jubilee Underground line is connected to all levels of Waterloo by lift. There isn't step-free access to any other Underground lines.

    Requesting assistance

    Go to the information point in the centre of the concourse under the clock or the station reception, through the arch opposite platforms 11 and 12 (Monday to Saturday 07:00 - 21:00, Sunday 09:00 - 20:00).

    To book mobility assistance or help with luggage call South West Trains. Please give 48 hours notice.

     

  • Accessible toilets

    Opposite platform 19. They open 15 minutes after the station opens.

    For RADAR key holders there is another toilet outside exit 3 on the left.

    Wheelchairs and mobility assistance

    Mobility assistance vehicles are available at the station.

    Wheelchairs can be borrowed for use around the station - speak to one of our station staff or visit the reception.

    Bus
    Buses depart from several points around the station. Most buses are accessible.

    London Underground
    The Jubilee line can be accessed via lifts from all levels of the station.

    The Bakerloo, Northern and Waterloo and City lines do not have step-free access at Waterloo.

    Car
    Private cars can pick up and set down outside the station reception on Station Approach (aka Cab Road). There is step-free access to the station at exits 1, 2 and 3.

    There are 2 Blue Badge spaces in the Station Approach car park at the front of the station. For more information see parking at Waterloo station. 

    Taxi
    There is an accessible pick up / drop off point in the taxi rank at the front of the station.
