    The Fenchurch Place entrance is step-free, there is a connecting lift from here to the lower and upper concourses. The entrance from Tower Hill Underground station is not step-free.

    The ticket offices and the information/help point have induction loops.

    There are Braille maps at both entrances. There are no tactile warning strips along the platform edges.

    There are several bus stops on Fenchurch Street, more than 50 metres from the station entrance.

    London Underground/DLR
    The nearest station is Tower Hill, around 200 metres away. Access to the station is not step-free.

    Tower Gateway station, about 300 metres away, is served by:

    • Docklands Light Railway

    All DLR stations are fully accessible with level access to trains.

    Car
    Private cars can pick up and set down immediately outside the station but you are not able to leave your car for any length of time.

    There are no parking facilities at London Fenchurch Street station.

    The taxi rank is immediately outside the main entrance on Fenchurch Street.
