    Access from Euston Road and from the concourse to all platforms is step-free.

    Lifts link the taxi rank, the Underground ticket hall and the concourse. The concourse entrance to the lifts is by the ticket office.

    Requesting assistance

    If you need mobility assistance or help with luggage the station staff will be pleased to help. Mobility assistance vehicles are available.

    The mobility assistance reception (020 7922 6482) is next to the ticket office:

    • Monday to Saturday 07:00 - 23:00
    • Sunday 08:00 - 23:00

    There may be a wait of up to 10 minutes. We can't guarantee assistance unless we are given notice.

    You can also book assistance with your train operator, ideally 48 hours before travelling:

     

  • Toilets

    Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are beyond the top of the ramp leading to platforms 1-3.

    Toilet access is free but requires a RADAR key - go to the mobility assistance reception if you do not have one.

    Getting to and from the station

    Bus
    There is a bus station is at the front of the station. All buses are accessible. 

    Underground
    There are lifts (next to the ticket office) and escalators to the Underground ticket hall. Access to other levels is by escalator only.

    Car
    The pick up and set down points are on Melton Street and outside the Cardington Street yard.

    There are 4 Blue Badge parking spaces in the car park underneath the station: 2 on level 1, 2 on level 4 - the normal tariff applies. Pedestrian access is via the lifts by the ticket office or by the stairs at the rear of the concourse. Vehicle access is from Melton Street. The car park cannot be accessed when the station is closed.

    Taxi
    The route to the main taxi rank has steps. Anyone with restricted mobility can use an accessible pick up point reached via the lifts.

    The taxi rank, beneath the station, is reached via the lifts next to the ticket office or the stairs by the entrance to the Underground.

    You can request assistance using the telephones at the top of the stairs and at the taxi rank.
