Toilets and baby changing
The toilets and baby changing facilities are beyond the top of the ramp leading to platforms 1 to 3. 30p, there is a change machine.
The accessible toilets are free with a RADAR key. If you don't have one, go to the station mobility assistance reception.
Therer are no showers.
Cash and bureau de change
There are cash dispensers on both sides of the concourse.
A bureau de change run by International Currency Exchange is on the concourse.

Waiting room
The waiting room is by platform 16.
The Virgin First Class lounge is available to all first class ticket holders traveling on Virgin West Coast and ScotRail trains. It has a bar, showers, conference rooms, and fax and photocopying facilities. It is above the food court, accessed is by stairs or a lift for disabled passengers only. There is also seating on the concourse, in the food court and in the travel centre.

You can leave luggage at Excess Baggage, at the top of the ramp to platforms 16-18.

The lost property counter is in the left luggage office. There is a charge for reclaimed items.
