'You Make The Difference' Awards

The You Make The Difference awards are designed so that everyone across the company can recognise the efforts of individuals and teams who demonstrate the values that are key to our success.

Now in its fifth year, these awards support and reinforce Network Rail’s four values: determination, respect, teamwork and pride.

They also include eight key business achievements and the Employees’ Choice award, which recognises an individual who has given much of their time to charity or their community, or who has created a great spirit within the workplace.
