The 'You Make The Difference’ awards are designed so that everyone
across the company can recognise the efforts of individuals and teams
who demonstrate the values that are key to our success.
Now in its sixth year, these awards support and reinforce Network
Rail’s four values: Determination, Respect, Teamwork and Pride.
The awards demonstrate that 'how' we do something is just as
