Response to ORR's Draft Determinations

This document is our response to ORR’s draft determinations, which were published in June 2008 as part of its periodic review of our access charges. This is the last key step in the 2008 Periodic Review process before ORR publishes its final determinations in October 2008.  Our subsequent strategy will be dependent upon the content of these determinations.
