August Bank Holiday major engineering work

Chipping Sodbury As part of a three-weekend phase of work, we are investing approximately £500,000 in renewing the track in Chipping Sodbury tunnel. Work will also be carried out over the August bank holiday weekend, when engineers will be working under challenging conditions in the tunnel to renew the track. The project will significantly improve track quality helping to provide passengers with a more reliable train service.
