Delivery

'Delivery' essentially describes the outputs of the company – i.e. the operation, maintenance & renewal of the railway for our customers.

The four areas within the delivery function are:

  • Operations & Customer Services:
    • Operations includes signalling, incident response, electrical control & station management
    • Customer Services includes signalling inspection, train operations management, emergency planning, weather strategy, delay attribution, contract/commercial management, operations planning, operations development, network performance & delivery of the quality control programme
  • Maintenance
  • Infrastructure Investment
