Hourly rates: These are consistent across each Template Agreement type. Refer to the schedules of the agreements. 

You are required to pay or reimburse all costs reasonably and properly incurred by Network Rail in connection with any works.

Network Rail will provide you with reasonable access to records of all amounts payable by you (other than hourly rates), which may be reviewed and audited by you or on your behalf.
