Network Rail will provide you with reasonable access to records of all amounts payable by you (other than hourly rates), which may be reviewed and audited by you or on your behalf.
The pre-tax allowed
Rate of Return for Control Period 4, to be used for the purpose of 3rd party investments carried out under the investment framework, is set generally at 6%.
