Happy Tenants

Wootton StreetArchitects Clarke Renner gave their seal of approval to Spacia’s studio office development in Wootton Street, Waterloo. “Everyone travels to the office from different parts of London and they can reach the office easily without having to drive.” The glass-fronted office, with double height spaces and a mezzanine floor, is a contemporary design that is an innovative use of railway arches.
SpaciaLeeds-based Lost It, which specialises in audio-visual equipment, appreciated the business package put together by Spacia. “The Spacia premises were exactly the right size for a starter unit. The lease agreement suited us really well and the unit gives us the flexibility to grow in the way we want to.”
Interior ArchTwo Spacia arches in Salford proved a cool venue for a prestigious furniture showroom for Stephen Johnson PLC. “We needed a unique space to house the ‘Ice Collection’ furniture range we shot at the Ice Hotel in Canada and show it off to its best advantage. The arches do this beautifully.”
