The success and growth of the railway has led to continued investment in stations to increase capacity and improve the environment for passengers. Thanks to this, we’ve been able to create over new retail space at Manchester Piccadilly, Birmingham New Street and London Victoria stations.
Manchester Piccadilly
Reconfigured mezzanine providing 6 seated catering units totalling 1,110 sq m / nearly 12,000 sq ft.
London Waterloo
Over 27,000 sq ft / 2,500 sq m form a stunning new first floor balcony providing 17 new retailing opportunities.
Birmingham New Street
A striking new concourse providing 16,000 sq ft / just under 1,500 sq m of new retail opportunities.
Cannon Street
The station has been completely redeveloped, with 6 units providing around 4,000 sq ft of retail space being created on the concourse.
A further 3,000 sq ft of space will be developed in the arches on Dowgate Hill.
Victoria Place Shopping Centre, London SW1
Proposals are being explored to undertake a major refurbishment of the 80,000 sq.ft shopping centre and the introduction of new retail and catering brands.
Start date is scheduled for early 2013 onwards.
