Good Conduct

We expect our employees to conduct themselves to the highest standards of behaviour.

Our standards are based on honesty & freedom from deception & fraud – as set out in the company policy. They apply to the way in which we do business with others and the way that we handle business information & property.

Fundamental Principles

The policy sets out the following fundamental principles for employees. We require that they:

  • Conduct their business & personal activities in an ethical & legal manner
  • Maintain the highest standards of integrity in all business relationships both inside & outside the company
  • Do not use their position within the company for personal gain or benefit.
Reporting Problems

If any employee is concerned about the way that a business matter is being conducted, they have a duty to tell their immediate manager or head of function at the earliest opportunity.
