    What’s involved?

    Our team organisers are vital to ensuring that our teams can work as efficiently as possible. You’ll be key to helping them reach their goals, by giving excellent administrative and secretarial support and showing infectious enthusiasm and a personable approach.

    Using your organisational and clerical skills, you’ll ensure that your senior manager’s office runs smoothly, setting up meetings, organising team events and conferences, arranging travel and accommodation, and providing administrative support whenever needed.

    You’ll be responsible for coordinating and prioritising tasks while keeping to tight deadlines. You must also be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with IT literacy and competence in MS Office and Outlook.

    You don’t need specific rail industry experience: what we’re looking for is motivation, a natural flair for dealing with people at all levels, and a ‘can do’ attitude. But you must have experience of secretarial support in a busy team environment, and be organised and eager to improve existing systems where you can.
